I think once you kinda become addicted to social media it becomes a thing where 'Did I get I get something did I get something did I get a notification??' And if you do that makes you happy and you get addicted to that how could you not? It's 'happiness'? Now, if you don't, like you didn't get anything or if your notification was not what you thought I'd be or not what you wanted then, your disappointed, and you can get in a bad mood, you not untirely happy. If your not constantly talking to people, doing things to get a notification there's nothing to get anxious about. Obviously I'm not saying DONT talk to people or whatever. It kinda puts you thru a cycle. But when you think about it, you should focus on right now, what is happening in your real life. Probably something good maybe bad but either way you're missing all those real moments being on your phone, electronic , whatever. You should be grateful that you have those real people in your life that you can be with right now. I bet you anything you have least one person. That's not on the Internet. Cause one day you're going to be on your own, in an apartment, single maybe have lost your parents and thinking, damn I would give anything to go back and really appreciate. Now, I'm mostly aiming at the young people out there giving that I am still young too. I have been thinking about this (thought, problem) for awhile. I've seen different videos, different perspectives and I've just picked it up and stuff.
Of course social media has been amazing for keeping updated with my friends and that good stuff. Just my scattered thoughts. xx Stay Cute. -Livy
